Many people have seen our various solid axle swaps, from Toyota, Nissan, Suzuki etc. They asked when we would do a Chevy Sas. Well, it is here. This is a kit that will add 6 inch's of lift over your springs size, so 12" springs nets 18" lift. Current kit can be positioned to almost any height up to 6 inch by moving rear shackle hangers up the frame and re drilling front spring eye. 3/4 and 1 ton frames will require minor trimming of front hanger do to frame cross member that is not removable like a 1/2 ton. Below are a few shots of the process.

Chevy/GMC 88-97 Solid Axle Conversion Hanger kit. Use's Chevy style 73-87 front springs, can be pushed forward and back to run 52 inch springs. Kit is bolt on for positioning, final install will require full welding. Kit consists of front cross member, rear shackle hangers, rear shackles, bushings for shackles, and hardware.

Note: kit will work with the newer Chevy 98-08 platform as well. Do to the hangers being weld on you can use them on either a 2wd or 4 wd 88-08 pickup. Chevy militia web site forum has some good info as well as Colorado k-5 forum.

	Chevy weld on dual shock mount kit. Allows you to run dual shocks on your solid axle converted Chevy/ Gmc truck/ Suburban. 5/8ths eye shocks must be used. Dana 60 King Pin Steering Arms!

The New Dana 60 5 Stud King Pin arms are machined from a solid block of steel, the king pin cap is built in to the arm, a grease zert is provided. The arms are designed for use with conical nuts a special studs provided by Sky's ($20-per arm-new design!). Available in left and right with single or double hole for 1 ton Chevy/Ford ends. We also have a 6 inch on center steering arm for those who wish to either run Hydro Steering or a y link style linkage. Also we have the option of putting the tie rod behind the axle with our mower blade style steering arms.

Sky's will custom build any high steer kit that can be compiled. A standard Chevy full high steer crossover which includes pitman arm, drag link with ends and jams, both left and right arms with hardware, and tie rod with ends and jams is $675.

Corporate 14 Bolt Disk Brake Conversion. Corp-14-001 $95pr.

A simple disk brake bracket that allows the end user to install disk brakes on there Corporate 14 Bolt rear axle. Bracket kit is $95pr. You will need to supply rotors, calipers, and brake lines. Calipers are 73+ Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4, while the rotors are from a 4wd 73 + Chevy truck.

Note: this kit will not fit dually trucks.

Sky's is the first company that has eliminated the spacer design of disk brake brackets, this design has failed under extreme braking due to extra force put on the bolts through the use of spacers. With our new design you can even reuse your stock bolts, although we include new ones for safety and ease of installation.

Weld on front hanger kit adds 4.5 inch's of lift to front of Chevy trucks. Includes front hanger for the front of the springs, rear under frame shackle hangers for the rear of the front springs, braces for under frame shackle hangers which weld on and cover the old shackle pivot mount hole, hd shackles and hardware.
