Sky Manufacturing carries chromoly hiems with nylon/Kevlar bushings, tested to be as strong as any joint on the market, these joints are excellent for suspension systems. Not limited to links, we use these as trail only steering systems and for traction bars and pan hard bars.
Each joint comes with tube insert, jam nut, and high misalignment spacers. 3/4 joints are 3/4x16 thread and eye, while 7/8x14 ends are 3/4 eye as well. Stainless steel mis-alignment spacers are 1/2 inch eye. Special order available is 9/16ths for Jeep applications.
Over all width of 3/4 and 7/8 joint , with misalignment spacers is 1.750.
Tube to fit 7/8ths joint insert is 1.250 ID. 3/4 joint needs 1.000 ID
