Sky Manufacturing has combined there 4.5 inch lift Ford Super Duty Hanger kit with all the needed parts to complete the suspension kit, including our 4.5 inch Hanger kit, drop pitman arm, pan hard drop bracket, Adjustable pan hard bar, and a pr of Bilstien Gas shocks.

This kit will ride better than stock using your stock springs and Bilstien shocks.

Hangers and panhard bracket are powder coated gloss black, 100% USA manufactured and labor, Bilstiens are brushed aluminium, pitman arm is gloss black.

Hangers and panhard bracket, are laser cut, CNC formed, 1/4 and 3/16ths inch steel plate, welded in machined fixtures for a perfect fit.

Simple install takes aprx 3 hours with proper tools and decent mechanical skills
