Heavy duty shackle mount for welding to frame, bumper, etc as a pull point/winch extraction point. Use with our universal winch mount plate, or pretty much any where that is steel. Tabs are 7/8ths wide, 3 inch tall, 3 1/2 at base, eye is designed for a 3/4 shackle with a 1 inch bore.
