Due to reasons too numerous to list, we have implemented a $50 minimum for orders placed over the phone. We hope our good service is worthy of this request!
-A signature confirmed order requires us to e-mail you an invoice copy, you print out and sign the invoice, after checking the address and parts are correct. Then fax or scan and e-mail a copy back to us at which time the order will be processed and shipping lead time begins.
-An electronic confirmed order requires us to e-mail you an invoice copy, then after verifying the address and parts are correct, email us back stating that your order is correct. If there are any irregularities to your orders, such as notes that were discussed over the phone, they must be on the invoice at the time of confirmation or they will not be processed with your order.
***We do not accept phone orders anymore without confirmation due to incorrectly ordered parts, non current addresses, identity theft, stolen credit cards and decreased accountability. Our online ordering system with order verification avoids this situation.
Exchanges and Order Cancellations:
Cancellation of already processed orders, as well as exchange of correctly shipped products, will be charged a 10% courtesy fee.
Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
