
Terms, Conditions and Policies
NOTE: We will ship to your address you enter while registering on our site, NOT your Paypal address! At this time we do not ship Internationally due to poor tracking systems with the exception of Canada. For Canadian shipments, our shipping charges DO NOT cover Canada's customs and brokerage fees, you will be responsible for these. All orders are processed in the order of which they are received, fastest processing is via on line ordering. General Disclaimer Do to the near custom nature of off road products and fabricated components, it may sometimes require minor fitting of components. While Sky Manufacturing test fits every product we sell, it does not always mean every vehicle is exactly the same. Installation will sometimes require: grinding, prying, test fit, tack welding, re-torque, alignment, etc, in moderation. Installation shops are generally capable of such process's and familiar with them. Should you feel your are not capable of the installation process, you will need to seek competent installation.Payment
Sky-Manufacturing accepts Visa/ Master card payments only. Under no circumstance do we take checks in any form. We do not accept COD Money order. Do to the nature of Sky Manufacturing' near custom products, we require payment up front in full at time such as the order is placed. If there is a back order you will be notified at that time. Back order is considered longer than our normal 1-3 day shipping window. If you need your parts shipped same day, there will be a $5 handling charge if we need to rush the order through our system. If you do not want to be charged at time of sale, we will approximate a time when we will need a call back to place your order. Sky Manufacturing can not hold a waiting list do too staff limitations, you must call and place the order. 90% of Sky Manufacturing' products are on the shelf and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Due to current economic conditions and competing for steel with China, some items both made by Sky Manufacturing inc and products we are supplied by outside sources are taking extremely longer than normal to get. PLEASE be sure to call if in a hurry to make sure products are available. We will do our best to notify you of any back orders, mistakes due happen though. Steering kits, machined products, high demand items may take up to 6 business days. Please call ahead for lead time.
Exchanges and Order Cancellations
Cancellation of already processed orders, as well as exchange of correctly shipped products, will be charged a 10% courtesy fee. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are accepted only with a return authorization by Sky Manufacturing. All returns must have invoice # printed on the outside of the package.
-No return on custom machined, fabricated or ordered parts we do not routinely carry.
-Returns must be in original condition, no paint, no install, no damage.
-Returns that have been installed or modified will be returned to the sender at their expense. Sky Manufacturing takes no responsibility for Shipping/Handling charges.
-No returns for any reason after 30 days.
-If a part is believed to be incorrect you will need to send the part back, at our expense, and you will be sent the correct part after review. If a product is required prior to our review process, you will need to purchase the replacement product until review is completed.
-All parts that leave Sky Manufacturing are ran through a check list, and are in complete good condition when they leave. Packages that are damaged in transit and may have missing parts are the responsibility of the carrier, not of Sky Manufacturing. You must notify Sky Manufacturing within 7 days of package delivery date, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier. If replacement parts are required before the claim is final, you will need cover the cost of the replacement parts until the claim is final, at which time we will issue a credit to you.
-You must notify Sky Manufacturing of missing or non-correct parts within 7 days of the package delivery date. Parts not disclosed within this time frame are the customers responsibility.

-Any failure to return products believed incorrect will be at customers expense, including but not limited to shipping, handling, and products and will result in waiver of above Terms and Conditions.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice, please double check price when ordering. No refunds are given on items we hold sales on, do not call and ask for money back because you purchased a part 2 months before the sale. Generally prices reflect many changes in economic conditions, steel is rising, prices will go up on parts made out of steel. We purchase 500 parts instead of 50, we can offer better prices.
Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, Shipping is calculated at check out based on a correct 5 digit zip code.Failure to enter your zip code correctly will stall processing your order and possibly add to shipping charges. All orders to Canada are shipped UPS with tracking information. We have had numerous loss's through the postal service, or customer scams reporting they have never received the item. Do to shipping problems with UPS, Fed Ex and USPS, Sky Manufacturing carries our own insurance, which is added into all orders depending on the price of the parts. This Ins. is mandatory. If your order requires special attention, there may be additional handling charges.If you would like a tracking number please E-mail Skymfg1@aol.com include your name and order number.
Warranty:
All Sky Manufacturing products carry a 1 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts such as tie rod ends, studs, hardware, bushings are excluded from warranty. All Sky Manufacturing products are sold under the assumption of being used in OFF-ROAD only situations. All warranty claims will require the product in question to be delivered to Sky Manufacturing at customer expense, no exceptions. Collateral expense's are not covered under any warranty case. This includes labor and additional expense. Abuse, i:e you welded, cut, beat , ran over the part, will void warranty entirely.
