| Sky's Stage 2 Samurai Spring Over Conversion The Stage 2 Samurai S.P.O.A is a new kit from Sky's that allows the consumer to add 4.5 inch's of lift to there Samurai with only minor welding of the spring pads required. The kit includes all parts needed to perform a safe and functional Spring Over Axle Conversion. Our heavy duty spring pads, our single OTS, steering kit, 2 1 inch driveshaft spacers, and longer brake lines. Should you need to upgrade in the future all of these parts will work with add on products. This is the least amount of parts you should have in a spring over conversion, and the minimum to be safe and prevent damage to your Samurai. Also available is the Samurai full shock mount kit.(Suz-FSMK-001) This completes the stage 2 with all shock mounts you would need to run aftermarket shocks. Kit includes 4 Sky heavy duty spring pads, 2 driveshaft spacers, OTS' 1 crossover steering conversion, 4 lower shock mounts, upper front shock hoops, rear upper adjustable shock mount, brakelines', and a set of either Rancho RS 5000 or Doetch Tech 3000 series hydraulic soft valve shocks. Suzuki Samurai front wrangler leaf spring conversion. Consists of front missing link shackle kit, rear solid mount leaf spring extension bracket, wider spring plates, bump stop mounts and bump stops. Kit allows use of 33 inch tires with stock springs. Uses Jeep YJ leaf springs in either a stock or lifted version. Stock springs with spring over will net aprx 8 inch's of lift. Missing link is bolt able to restrict dropping out if street driving is required and handling characteristics are not desirable. Kit is fully bolt on. SUZ-FWS-001 Price-$215. Sky Manufacturing along with Rick Bricher is proud to introduce the Toyota
axle conversion kit for the Suzuki Samurai. This kit allows the installation
of a Toyota front axle under a Suzuki Samurai using Wrangler/Jeep YJ leaf
springs. Jeep Springs are 2.5 inch's wide, normal pack thickness is slightly
over 1.250 inch's. Kit allows installer to simply move Toyota spring perch
eyes to Samurai width without massive reworking of existing axle housing.
Kit consists of 1 weld on plate and spring perch, a top plate and u bolt
flip plate, u bolts and hardware. Please specify what year front axle you
are using as u bolts vary.

Our Samurai lower shock mounts are perfect for the consumer looking to maximize shock length on there flexy Suzuki. These mounts are constructed of 3/16ths thick laser cut steel plate and CNC machined shock stud. Stud fits 5/8ths eye style shock bushing. Mounts DO NOT hang below axle. | Suzuki Samurai HD Spring Pads | |
| Suzuki Samurai HD spring over
axle pads. Springs pads relocate the leaf springs to the top of the axle.
Unique design allows maximum weld area to axle, and stock spring pad. The
top of the leaf spring perch is pre laser cut to move axle 1 inch if needed. SPOA pads are made from laser cut 1/4" and 3/16" steel plate and will give a
4.5" lift.

When lifting your samurai over 3 inch's it is often necessary to add length to your driveshaft. These precision machined billet aluminum driveshaft spacers do exactly that. Machined with a dual bolt pattern to fit both large and small Suzuki bolt patterns, they are available in 3/4 and 1 inch lengths.
